The aesthetics were very nice and they have a candy bowl hidden in the corner, water available and magazines while you wait if they're finishing up with another customer. They pull up all the details of what your car needs on their monitor that swivels which makes it easy to understand. The reception dude was great, friendly and seemed knowledgeable, and willing to get whatever I needed for my car. I didn't see any technicians during my visit but they looked like they had cars to work on so they must know their stuff. Located in a busy area but convenient and when I asked about loaner cars, they did mention they were available but I didn't seek out any details.

They were very good at communicating with me while my car was with them. They identified the problem within a few hours and fixed it for a fair price. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior before I came to get it. Great customer service all around!

Honestly, they have been above-and-beyond in terms of car service, customer service, and pricing. I had my transmission explode last year and they were super accommodating about my problem; especially with the month long warranty situation involving the transmission company. Not only were they patient enough to get a free replacement and deal with the headache involved, they also kept me in the loop every step of the process. And with my most recent car trouble, they did a fantastic job. They were honest about what needed to be fixed, how to work around a problem that could be a major concern, did more than was asked, and only did maintenance on things that were necessary. Even knowing that my super old car was on its last legs and was one foot in the donation process, they were sympathetic and helpful. 10/10 would strongly recommend to anyone who is in need of maintenance, has car trouble, and anything else in-between.
