We recently had one of our fleet vehicles inspected here. Not only was the entire staff EXTREMELY professional and courteous, their detailed inspection helped us find potential problems before they got out of hand and crippled the vehicle. Can't thank Cody and the team enough!

Newer to Eugene and needed a mechanic to fix my passenger side door (It would not open from the inside or the outside.) I read the reviews for Downtown Automotive and decided to give them a try. They were extremely clear and articulate over the phone and in person. I was very happy with the experience and with the pricing for their work. They described in detail what they would do to discover the issue and everything went smoothly. Very efficient! We will definitely bring our cars here in the future.

Kody's team is awesome. While getting an oil change they were able to loan me a car so I could keep working rather that sitting and waiting. And not only was the car washed, it was vaccuumed when I picked it up!

Kody and his team are amazing. They quarterbacked our Audi repair with our insurance company and the appraiser. The job turned out great. They are straight forward and honest. They can be trusted for anything automotive. I give them my highest review.
