Very reasonably priced!! Great to work with! Had my car back to me the next day, they even cleaned her for me ☺️ New to town and thankful for a shop that loves VW and isn't crazy expensive!

I am so so so happy with my service here. All the mechanics treat you like a competent human being. They fixed my car completely and efficiently, while providing me a rental car to drive in the meantime. They were honest about what my car needed immediately and what was simply a "suggestion" for future servicing. They were conscious of my budget and my time. They were polite and called me at the times I told them I would be available and they washed my car after they completed servicing it. I am so thankful for their honesty and efficiency, especially since "honesty" isn't a word that is typically used to describe a mechanic. I went in for an oil change. Both receptionists I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable.

William, Ben n Kody are so knowledgeable, we had a problem with our batteries on our 2014 Ford 350, we were prepared to buy new ones when the guys suggested we call about a warranty. . I want to give a shout-out to the shop where I take my car, Downtown Automotive. I've brought my car there at least 3 times and have been really happy with the service every time. Cody and William are the two people I've worked with most and they're both so kind and helpful! I have a 2009 Ford Escape and it's at their shop now because it would suddenly lose power while I was driving it (happened more than once going 70mph on I-5). They not only accepted my vehicle promptly, but they also did some research and found a recall for my vehicle regarding this throttle issue, and now the work is being done by the dealership and is covered under an extended warranty. The dealership is also replacing the steering column in my car because of another recall on the car, also free of charge. This is all thanks to the guys at Downtown Automotive for checking into things for me. I don't know much about cars, so I really have to put my trust in the mechanics I work with to not take advantage of that lack of knowledge. These guys are the best!

Kody and crew have done an awesome job taking care of our two Jeeps. These guys have their acts together and do a great job from start to finish with each visit! We'll continue to bring our vehicles for service needs to Downtown Automotive!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of this shop. I came to get my car aligned and I was informed that the reason for the wobbling that I was experiencing was due to the condition of my tires, not the need for alignment as I had been told prior. Saved me money and gave me a review of my vehicle free of charge. I would highly recommend this place.

I just had a small problem of my car's window. Kody and another guy are very great. Reliable and professional.
