I have to say as a woman, I hate going to most automotive shops, but not this one! Luis and Alicia were wonderful to work with, put me at ease and took the time to explain what needed work and why it needed to be done. The owner was there as well and was so pleasant and funny! I got my car back and no more problems at all and they kept me informed through the whole process. Thank you Downtown Automotive!

We went in because water was collecting in two different places. We didn't actually have any work done (insurance totalled the car) but Luis was very kind and patient on the phone and the level of communication was way above average. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They have an excellent inspection form that was easily text messaged to me with detailed pictures of everything seen on my car. That kind of transparency can not be beaten! Everyone there is kind and professional. Will be going back in the future.

The guys who work here are always professionals. The small waiting room is always clean and they do a pretty darn good job of servicing and installing aftermarket parts for euro cars. Ive brought both my VW and Audi here and service is always top notch without breaking your wallet.

Brian and luis evaluated my concerns and came up with a great solution. They put Rodent tape on the wiring and coolant tubes to fend off potential damage from rats.
