The person I've spoken to on the phone when I've called has always been polite and helpful. There ended up being another issue with the vehicle after pickup, and they were quick to have it brought back in asap without an additional charge.

Gear business. Very helpful and friendly staff. Either the owner or main technician got on the phone to explain some stuff to me which I thought was great. He wanted to ask me some questions and also make sure I understood a couple issues with my car. I will continue to take my autos to them.

Downtown Automotive Center is great! I have had my vehicle in several times. Each time I have had a wonderful experience and appreciate most their service, honesty and knowledge. I had taken my vehicle to the dealership before and wanted a second opinion and DAC was happy to provide me with a through inspection. Everyone has been easy to work with and upfront. If your considering your next oil change, repair, inspection, or just need to call and say "I have no breaks" give Downtown Automotive Center a call.

My car broke down on the interstate passing through Eugene on my way to WA and Downtown Automotive Center did a great job of getting me back on the road as quickly as possible, despite quite intensive repairs they had to do on the car.

Once again, the guys at Downtown Auto Repair - Eugene, OR were spot on, fair and fast! We’re leaving for home in Ohio tomorrow, but they have made our temporary home in Oregon quite pleasant. This was the third emergency in 12 months (2 Subarus) and they never faltered. Hoping we can find a repair shop of equal caliber back home! :0)
